This video is fascinating — In addition to being very clear, it matches the steps to the instructions from 1657.

This video is closer to the version of the dance as Irfona taught it. (Note the couples are passing back to back in the second chorus, and there is a turn single at the end of the hey. However, the siding that Irfona taught was like in the Playford video above.)
