Irfona taught Cumberland Square Eight on April 7th, and she reviewed Black Nag. Both dances are from England.

Petronella comes in a contra dance version and a Scottish country dance version (and maybe more). We learned a version very like this video. (The turn after the right-and-left-through is different in the video, and we do more of a balance than moving toward the center when every one joins hands after the petronella turn.)
